A few people asked about the stories behind the cards! They exist, of course, and you get a bit of insight into THE GREAT CROWNED HART here (Paravinians and their crown imagery, obviously love stag antlers). I'll offer a few here:

The Knight of Skies is a First-Lander cartographer and mapmaker, a mortal who was commissioned by Zoll, the sun, to chart the skies so that he could make up time in the Great Chase after Ara, the moon. The Knight charted the skies, but hid the maps among the mortals so that Zoll couldn't find them. Zoll cursed them for it, but Ara turned them into a light spirit as thanks, setting them to work painting false stars across the sky to confuse Zoll's path.

The Citrine Hunter was a pirate of uncertain origin who Sorizahana, the FL Queen who first discovered how to harvest colour, purportedly had a torrid affair with.

The Yearning Songbird is an Oroline legend about a Siren-like spirit who sings to people with doubt in their hearts and lures them into the forest. It's said she can either bring clarity or death if you follow her.

Poet of Ashes is a Tourmish historical figure. Tourmalie has a figure referred to as the Mad Jewelled Queen, Queen Esmeralda of the House Joya, who ordered all the libraries in the country burned in order to consolidate power. Under her reign, only court-approved poetry was legal, and the Poet of Ashes was a rogue poet who wrote a famous poem about the book-burning. The poem was so beautiful and mournful that it inspired a rival family, House Cisne, to overthrow Esmeralda and seize the throne. Descendants of House Cisne still hold the throne today after nearly 200 years.
